Laboratory Services
Symbio Alliance is an independent NATA (National Association of Testing Authorities of Australia) accredited laboratory offering an extensive suite of tests across the 3 laboratories of chemistry, microbiology and residue. Symbio Alliance specialises in the development and commercial application of recent research for analytical procedures in the chemical and microbiological analysis of food, agricultural and environmental samples for local, import and export industries.
Test methods are based on Australian Standards, recognized international references (e.g. AOAC, AOCS, AACC, APHA, USEPA) or validated in-house methods. Our laboratories have implemented extensive internal proficiency programs and participate in external proficiency tests to ensure a high level of accuracy and service is delivered to clients. Our laboratory is an AQIS appointed laboratory for imported foods testing and is listed by the National Residue Survey for testing of residues in meat, grains, fruit and vegetables and is licensed by the APVMA.
